Our Process

We follow a standard process for building an in-ground concrete pool. With so many tasks to be completed by skilled-workers it is important to have a well organized project plan. This is where we go above a beyond the average pool contractor.

Step 1: Contact Us

The fastest way to start your pool project is to fill out our new customer form. Provide as many details as you can so we can understand what you’re trying to achieve. You can always call us directly as well. Before the onsite consultation, we’ll contact you to clarify any information you have provided so far.

Step 2: Onsite Pool Design Consultation

To start the process of purchasing a new swimming pool, we must first meet at your residence to discuss your ideas and get a feel for your vision. We will take note of existing architecture, property features, and possible challenges. If the project outcome is clear from this meeting we will provide a general estimate. This is not a binding estimate, quote or contract.

Step 3: Follow-Up Meeting to go over Initial Plans

In this meeting, we review a 3D rendering of design which includes layout, landscaping and potential lighting. We will also go over equipment, options, pricing, and timing. Three revisions are allowed to the design within 30 days of initial delivery. We are flexible when it comes to revisions however we charge for ongoing revisions. Once you approve the design and make the initial deposit we move to Step 4.

Step 4: Engineering

We turn it into a pool construction layout that is then used to acquire the necessary permits and later used by tradesmen onsite. We also work with local governance and HOA’s (if applicable) to ensure regulations, zoning laws and requirements are incorporated into the project plan.

Step 5: Build Contract

At this point, everything is lined up. To greenlight the project all parties sign a prepared contract and other required documents. As well a deposit of 5% of the total contract price is required. The payment made in Step 3 is often sufficient to cover this deposit unless the engineering phase discovers expenses unaccounted for.

A project schedule is provided that states start time and estimated completion time. Completion time can vary depending on weather and other factors. We don’t cut corners to finish early. Safety and quality outweigh a completion date.

Step 6: Finalize Color and Finish Selections

Soon after the contract is signed we want to finalize the color and finish selections so that we can get all materials on order and prevent delays. We have plenty of options to choose from.

Step 7: Construction Begins!

There are many steps in the build process as you can see. We will provide a weekly project status so you can stay informed along the way. We will also be readily available anytime you need as well.
